Basic Training Notes Part 2

3 Inviting Approaches

  1. Direct Approach
  2. Indirect Approach
  3. Kidnap

Direct

Can be applicable for bosses, relatives, close friends, business partners.

Power words/ phrases:

"Let's meet."
"Pag nagustuhan mo, pagtulungan natin. Pag hindi, walang pilitan. Ang importante is nakita mo sya."
"Kelan ka available?"

If they ask more details, just tell them "BASTA"

House Party:

  • Can be done with family and relatives.
  • 5-10 People
  • To conduct product presentation
  • Just to move the products

Kidnap

For trusted people only.
Rule of Thumb - never bring a battalion

"May ikekwento ako sa'yo."

Our mindset is always to "help".

Indirect

This is also called the 3rd-party approach
You do not do the inviting directly. You do this via the FORM (discussed in Part I)
Hindi ikaw ang naghahabol sa kanila. They will be the one to say "Pwede ba ako dyan?"

Goal of Inviting is to set a schedule for the meeting

Always give them an option.
When are you available Monday or Tuesday?
Morning or Afternoon?
2PM or 3PM?

Presentation/ Meeting

Before the presentation:

1. Open Mind - You talk with your invite (heart to heart) and you open the idea that this is for USANA and your intention is to help them with their need for extra income or health needs.

2. Mirroring/ ABC

Mirroring is when you discuss things that the your guests can relate to. For example the mentor you are with is an accountant and the your guest is also an accountant.

ABC: You build respect

A - dvisor (anyone from USANA)
B - ridge (You)
C - lient  (Guest)

You mention the name, background, profession, achievement outside and achievements in USANA of the Advisor. It is more effective when you do it in a "pabulong" manner.

You call your advisor Ms., Ma'am, Sir, Coach and not Upline.

Eg. Jane, is a CPA, she used to work in Punongbayan and Araullo audit firm. She also worked in Shell as a supervisor. She is one of our directors in USANA earning around $600-800 per week.

If you are in USANA office, you can tell your guest that you will check if the advisor is available to meet your guest.

You will be the one to go your advisor and not the other way around.

During the Presentation:

  1. No texts/ calls
  2. Don't leave the guest
  3. Don't butt in
  4. Lean forward and nod - Monkey see. Monkey do.

After the Presentation:

  1. Closing by the presentor
  2. Closing by the mentor
  3. Final Closing - personal closing by the one who invited the guest
Remember that people join because of trust.

Final Closing:

  1. Tell them that your prospect list is close. You can show them your prospects list.
  2. SMART Positioning - "urgency" - show them that you will have another meeting and ABC the other guest na uunahan nila
  3. I Story - tell them your story before, during USANA and what is happening Now
    • Before: What were your hesitations, objections and doubts when you were invited/ before  you joined
    • During: Deciding Factors and your realizations
    • Now: Your results now in terms of Income and Product. If you are new, you can tell them that you started earning P1000.
You are selling your trust.
